Please ANY advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm 31 weeks and this morning i woke up with this immense pressure down there and it feels VERY sore. Kinda like sitting in a bike for hours and you get off and your hurting down there. I also started loosing my mucus plug over the weekend. Anything like this happen to anyone?
