My LO has been napping for a good 3 hours now but my husband is coming home in about 20 minutes and we are going grocery shopping when he gets here. So I know my LO will be hungry when she wakes up (probably at the store) long story short. I pumped so that I could feed her and from both breasts I only got 2 oz of milk. Will this be enough to feed her? She's 4 weeks old
I sometimes pump so I can bottle feed her in public, but when that isn't enough I just breast feed her. I usually give her a little bit over 2 oz and she seems to be full from that most of the time
@samclark5, lol yea I understand I hate waking my son to feed also but he will go 6hr without eating sometimes and I feel worse lol cus he wakes up starving
@ktwins188, I'm not sure how much she eats because I exclusively breastfeed @klove23 awesome I was a little worried that I wasn't making enough but she always seems content and has enough wet diapers @mommy.to.my.princess.and.prince I always feel terrible waking her 😁☺️ I guess I could always feed her while grocery shopping if it isn't enough
should probably wake her up and let her feed a little until your husband gets home if your worried
depends how much she eats my son is 3 weeks and eats 2.5-4 oz each feeding.
newborns typically eat 1.5-3oz so I think it should probably be good enough to hold her over..
@mommy.to.my.princess.and.prince, @j.desantiag09 @ktwins188 so I fed her the 2 oz and she was fine... For about 40 min then she threw a fit 😂
