It's not worth losing your child over honestly. There are safer ways to induce labor. Many women have lost their babies because of this or had very bad labor complications because of it. It's just too dangerous some Drs recommend it but a lot of times it's coming from male doctors who have never had a baby themselves.
In my country we drink 3 types of oils not to go into labor but to have an easier labor and for the baby to come out clean and for us to throw everything out once the baby comes out. We usually drink it 3 or 4 days before due date. I had my 2 girl and I had them on my own , first time in my house and the next time in the car going to the hospital. It worked for me though but some people has other opinions of course.

Yes and it's freaking nasty!! And it didn't work for me.. But maybe because I kept throwing it up lol
