Ok im 4 weeks and 5 days pp and im almost positive my period just ended either this morning or last night but my boyfriend and I decided to try sex for the first time since having our baby and im freaked out now thinking I might get an infection or something because I didn't wait until I went to see my doctor again...what do you all think?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Oh same here, ive been getting cramping and off and on bleeding but figured the cramping is from breastfeeding. So not looking forward to my first period @paisleesmommy19

I was pretty sure that's what it was cuz I was cramping and having all the signs I had with my period but regardless if it was or wasnt I just wanna make sure im not gonna end up with some infection or something im just really nervous but im also one of those people that automatically think this worse @mizharleyquinn199

@smilingwithmy4kids, jeez. I would actually be ok if i ended uo pregnant again. Only having two anyways so get both done now would be fantastic, but at thr same time we arent trying either. If it happens it happens

I never had sex before 8 weeks due to my children come via c-sections . But my best friend had sex 2 weeks pp and although she didn't even up with a infection she ended up pregnant. She found out at her 6 week pp appointment

@paisleesmommy19, you should be fine. Just make sure you clean yourself well afterwards (i always shower after, especially since theres still a bit of blood) and you should be fine

mine went great aside from the fact that I had low iron and my blood count was low I had to have blood transfusions to bring my blood count back up I lost a lot of blood when I had her but other than that I've been healing great I feel like im no longer bleeding and my stitches have absorbed and everything and im only 4 weeks pp so I wouldn't see why id get an infection @mizharleyquinn199

I had sex two weeks pp and just the other day (almost a month pp) and have not gotten an infection. Not everyone is gonna get one, it really depends on how labor went (stitches, tears, length of labor)

plenty of ppl have sex before 6 wk appt & dont get an infection. i wouldnt worry so much unless you start to see/feel signs of infection

I would call your doctor, I'm not sure if it would be like a yeast infection or something completely different
