I've had the same cluster zits from high school and I'm having a boy but mine is also stress acne that I can't take my anxiety and stress meds for. Try clean and clear three step it relatively cheap and worked well for my sister

But you know those old wives tales have nothing to do with it :P just how your body reacts to the hormones.

I haven't had any acne and I'm having a boy. I don't think I've even had 1 pimple

@shellbell0391 I'm 14 weeks so not sure yet! With my daughter I didn't have this acne ... did you have acne?

I know I've tried noxzema but it doesn't seem like it's helping either I might try proactive cus I'm breaking out on my face shoulders back everywhere and I never had any of that before I got pregnant @natasha.b

@sharafacon1217 I have been using all natural face wash and moisturizer and this "all natural" crap doesn't do anything!
