Ladies, just went to the dentist for a check up, scale and polish. Apparently, we should be going every 3 months!

@nico49, @pandapooooo I had no idea. I only went once when I was pregnant with my son!

the dentist has guidelines they have to follow if your a high/medium risk of decay or if they have concerns they will see you more often. each individual will have a different recall some can seen 3monthly others 4/6/9 or even 12monthly xx

I had meningitis and the meds they put me on weakened my teeth (3 years ago) so when I got pregnant he was really concerned they would get even worse so put me on special toothpaste and sees me monthly now :) x
