Sorry ladies need a rant!
my other half took me to the cinema last night so my MIL had my little girl over night. The idea was sprung on my last night and I like to have plenty of notice and plan because I get some anxiety when she stays out especially as my in laws live in a different city across the water. The only thing that made me say yes was the fact that they said they would have her back by 10:30. We've just phoned asking them where they are and they are only just leaving! It takes them a good hour to get here. So now my little one is going to be back an hour and a half later than I said for her to be back. This happens every time she stays over there and I've said countless times I'm not happy with it and I set the time she's back as a boundary as a parent. I understand people being late for reasons they can't control, but on one of the occasions I asked for her to be back at midday because she had appointments and we had other stuff to do. I didn't get her back until 7pm. I'm seriously starting to consider her not being able to have her overnight as it feels to me that they are completely stepping over my boundaries and not respecting me or my other half at all when we set rules and boundaries about our daughter.
Sorry for the long post just needed to get this out!
Yeah im definitely going to have it out when they get here! Just trying not to come across as angry when that happens haha @duchess92 xx
have it out with them again and tell them that it's the last straw!! you wanted her home for a certain time and they didn't do it! If they do it again they're not having her overnight. and stick to it. xx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Rant!
My sitter used cottonelle wet wipes on my baby! Now she has huge rash!!! I totally get that my SO forgot to put the wipes in her diaper bag. But she could have told one of us and we could have brought her some or she could have went to the store and I could pay her back. I don't get it. She buys her clothes and toys, takes her places while I'm at work. The store is literally a 5 minute walk from her house. But she decided cottonelle wipes are ok? Ugh. Rant over.
Advice please ?
Long story... I'm getting married in April we decided no kids other than our own two and my niece And nephew as would end up more kids that adults and it would Cost so much more plus wanted parents to have a day/night to enjoy themselves. Anyway my "maid of honor" ( hasn't done much to help but cause me stress) has 5 kids her youngest will be around 5 months old she's breastfeeding him and keeps telling me she is gonna try and express ect... but I know she has no intentions of d...
Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?
He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over...
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
tell them they've got one more chance, nice and relax so they know you're serious and if they do it again then bye bye overnights @mangos94 xx
