I have a question.
Last night I was drinking and I haven't pumped but my breast are killing me and I'm leaking bad . And there is no way I can get to a breast pump since I'm out . Can I breast feed? Since its over 12hrs that I drinked .

@morale0129, yes, alcohol metabolizes in your milk the same rate as it does in your blood.

as long as you're not still drunk you're fine to nurse. ok to drive = ok to nurse. DO NOT PUMP AND DUMP. that's a waste of time and milk.
