Almost feel like I'm having some contractions but I'm not very sure. I kinda just think it's my IBS…

Almost feel like I'm having some contractions but I'm not very sure. I kinda just think it's my IBS & I just have to #2. But when I try to go nothing happens. Gosh it's been so long since my last baby. I wish I could just figure out if these are ACTUAL contractions 😒😒😒
