Need help! My son is choking and gagging on his saliva while he's sleeping. We aren't sure what it is or what to do. He's breastfed and will choke usually after 30 min of laying down. I can't lay him down and go to sleep knowing he keeps choking. Any advice??

Buy a crib wedge. For now, you can roll up a receiving blanket and stick it under the crib mattress under his head. It is most likely reflux, so I would also schedule an appt with your pediatrician.

I recommend getting him seen asap just to be safe
