@kianaracquel, the Dr in the er told me its engourgment and exact same thing. plus pump every hr. and to keep my incision dry.

pineapple juice and a warm towel, pump to keep your milk up. also a light massage.

she is a preemie so she doesn't have that down she chokes And spits up. :/ that's why they have me pumping. and I do 3 20 min session in a row.

Is it possible for your baby to nurse off of you I had that issue when my son is in phototherapy and could not nurse whenever I needed hurt like a b and the shower was soothing but nothing like letting my little one feed off of me mine was not mastitis just engorgment

yes warm compress...shower...massage...pump pump pump.....get that clog out TRUST me u do not want mastitis
