Are manual pumps just as good as electric? I only need to pump occasionally.

Yes, but electric is way better because someone it can hurt to pump and doing it yourself can be more painful. They have cheap single electric pumps at wal mart, if you don't plan on using it much lol.

My boobs only work work manuals and I don't think they hurt. I guess it just all depends
