how did yall lose your baby weight? i lost alot after he was born i weighed 231 at birth an now at 212 but wanting to get rid of the rest. i want to work out but my son gives me no free time to do so lol im thinking about some weight loss pills but dont know which ones will work best.

I don't have time to go the gym since I live 45 min from one and just doesn't make sense to drive all that way everyday. I've started doing 20 (girl) push ups 3 X a day and 60 crunches 3x a day and 20 min of cardio when my daughter goes to bed. I feel great after doing it. also watch what I eat so far I have lost 15 pounds.

Yeah I used to be super fit before my love then after I lost it pretty quick then my habits changed, I was lazy and not eating right so my body changed too. I lost most of it before I got pregnant w this one. Now back to square one lol. Just stay focused, and enjoy life right now, don't worry so much about it, enjoy baby, don't be too concerned about it to the point of missing out on time with baby @jaxxonambrosehirschmommy

i changed my eating habits so Hopefully it helps some. i just always been hard on myself so i guess thats why im having a hard time with this extra weight. @leahsmommi

It's really hard and takes a lot of commitment. Most of the time you will choose cuddles over the working out, but you can control your eating habits. If you have help use the time to walk and start slow. Be patient and make lifestyle changes. It's one thing to lose it and other to stay there

i stopped drinking soda an stop the junk food. hopefully it will help.

Just focus on your eating for now... working out w/ a baby and staying consistent is challenging.
