With a small sign on each bag or hanging from the bags saying "ready to pop" with a picture of a pregnant lady. That would be too cute!

Make them out of construction paper. Or regular printing paper. Find a image on Google, copy and paste it to a word document. Paste it in the word document so that it applies multiple times with the message beside it! Print it out, cite them out and there you have it!

Print off multiple copies and tap/glue them to the bags or punch a small hole in the corner of the paper and tie it to the bag to close it as like a present bag note
