I think I suffer from depression my moods are so up and down especially when I'm alone in my thoughts then I get in a funky mood about life or myself ,been having these issues for years but I prefer no medication so a doctor would be pointless don't want pills shoved down my throat ,so maybe a therapist will help...
I would definitely talk to someone Hun. Sometimes just getting the thoughts out of your head by saying them out loud to an unbiased person can be helpful, I'm not one for medication either unless it's absolutely necessary. Also, try some meditation or treat yourself to a massage once a month if possible. Be kind to yourself first and foremost. If you're always hard on yourself you're not able to be there for others as strongly! Your boys need their momma. Good luck. Hope you are able to find some peace from your thoughts.
