If you're worried, then don't do it.

It shouldn't mess with your milk at all. The molecules are too big to pass to your milk. The only way she would get sick is if you got an infection in your tattoo

Although most tattoo shops won't do it if you tell them you're breastfeeding it is safe. The la leche league recommends waiting until a yr pp so there is less chance of infection
