My pain had me up 3 nights in a row. Eating ice helped me too

Yeah it just takes at least a week to become manageable

I ate plain COLD yogurt & it worked really well & listerine mouthwash numbed it for a while

Make a fresh ginger tea. Ginger is a natural pain reliever.

Ice pack on the affected side will help

some warm salty water... let it be in your cheeks for couple seconds and repeat till you feel relief.. it works for me
