Husband says if we have twins he wants to put one up for adoption

my husband said if we get pregnant again, and its twins, he wants to put one up for adoption. 😳😠 I told him no that's not gonna happen. he said I couldn't handle 2 newborns. then I said you don't even take care of this one. (our daughter is 10weeks)
