What are some tips you guys can give me for the glucose? I'm scared to have it done (I get it the 28th) Nevaeh's father is suppose to come with me but I haven't talked to him in I dont know how long. I don't know if I am scared of the drink or more the needles themselves. My doctor told me I can eat up to when they have me drink the stuff, I'm bringing my stuffed teddy bear (Ted) he goes to all my appointments anyway, for anxiety purposes, a stress coloring book, ill have my phone.

It's just a normal blood draw.... like when you had your initial blood work done... nothing special

all you do is drink the stuff they give you then an hour later they draw your blood and your done

Normal blood draw and the drink is just super sweet. The orange one tastes like flat orange soda and the fruit punch one literally tastes like fruit punch. If it says anything I hate juice and I actually liked the glucose drink

The drink really isn't that bad either. I got the orange one and it was like koolaid but, flatter haha it was weird but, not bad

I've had the orange, fruit punch and the clear one. Orange was the best... with my oldest it made me very sick.

It's not bad :) I've heard the fruit punch one is good too but, I'm not a big fruit punch person haha I was worried about it too but, after was like oh haha

the drink could make you sick of it does you will have to re do the test on another day

For me the drink was nothing. Probably the easiest thing I have done this pregnancy. And it's just a quick blood draw like the other ones you have already had. It's really no big deal. I didn't take my fiancé with me. I couldn't believe what a big deal people made it out to be.
