Very much so! I've used the equate brand, much cheaper and work great too. Gripe water is ok did more for his fussiness.

Mylicon gas drops work really good for us. But any other brand didn't work as well. Gripe water is good too.

We use Gripe Water and it works but I didn't have much luck with the other gas drops
