Ugh I'm so afraid to eat cause I'm scared I'm going to get sick I had Ned's and the sea bands and tea and etc but I'm still so scared too eat I hate having to be confined to the bathroom afterwards and the mess don't work irk what else to do I hear people get hospitalized for this if it really bad and I don't want that to happen

You should defintely take some B6 vitamin. It helped me imensely and I had all day sickness for like 22wks. It was the only thing that heloed
