My boobs are hard & hurt so bad does this mean my milk is coming in? I had my baby Monday and I've been waiting for my milk and I've been so upset because I'm giving her this horrible formula *it make her vomit alot and poop alot*

.....you can nurse right after birth. Colostrum is the healthiest stuff for baby when baby is born. But hard boobs and sore means your getting engorged so yes def pump
