I think I have the hungriest baby ever!
He's 8 weeks old (tomorrow) I've moved him up to 6oz as he was draining a 5oz bottle. He now leaves a little milk in the bottle but he doesn't go more than 2 hours ish without wanting another feed!? Is this normal? He's going through 6, 6oz bottles in a 10-12 hour period.. it also means I'm getting up to feed him every 2 ish hours through the night 😓
is there anything I can do to keep him satisfied for longer at this age? I keep seeing other moms posting about their 2 month olds sleeping through the night etc whereas I couldn't imagine him sleeping 6/7/8 hours without waking for a bottle!
The reason you see post like 'oh they slept all night blah blah' @mrsmowmow is because we're so shocked they've done it! 😂 Max is 8 weeks & has done it 3 times. Generally he still wakes @abbylouise Max was very hungry up until 5 maybe 6 weeks he slowly started going 3/4hrs. I think we could all do the same thing & still get different outcomes...
My son at that age was going through 5-6oz every hour of the night and every two hours of the day. I was a walking zombie until he was 7months old. At that age there's not a lot you can do, just persevere with it. Sleep will come in time.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
