can somebody tell me why some babies born get that gel stuff on they eyes ???

Prevent infection

When someone has a water birth they never use the gel. I guess it's not necessary.

their eyes are so sensetive ..so they wont get infection

It's just precautionary but it's actually not necessary. My Aunt is a mid-wife and I had asked her the same question.

oh no it doesn't mean mom has an infection, they just do it I guess lol
