calling in sick from work tonight. Got stuck working a 14hr shift, went home fell asleep for about 2 hours before being woken up by the worst migraine I have ever had. It was so bad that I almost fell running to the bathroom to puke. *(im actually typing this on lowest brightness in my blacked out room) anyone ever had a migraine so bad it actually puts a bad taste in your mouth? well that's where I'm at right now. I can literally taste the Pain. hopefully it gets better soon....

@lost041, actually Tylenol doesn't work so my Dr had to prescribe me.wirh fioricet. I take 2 and it knocks my butt right out (or at least numbs the pain enough to where I can fall asleep) l&d gave it to me and assured me if I take it as written that it's safe for baby

I believe ya I ended up having to get something stronger at one point too cause my migraine was so bad. I also have a bad history of migraines and am unable to take any of my regular meds that I should b taking due to being pregnant. Hopefully u can get some relief tonight and b better tomorrow @nightdaughter

thank you @lost041 thankfully I work overnights so a good 24hrs of r&r should do me good (I've heard sex is a good headache reliever too)

@nightdaughter if you have them often let ur doctor know and I'd let them know about this one just because there could be an underlying cause

@tripletroublemom, actually went to L&D for them before and ER.they said they are most likely tension headaches, they tested me for pre-eclampsia and it wasnt that thank goodness but they can't know for sure exactly what IS causing them because they can't do any scans and risk hurting the baby. that's why my primary Dr prescribed the fioricet. he thinks it may be a progression of my back problems because they were treated with muscle relaxers that I can no longer take. I have noticed the back pain getting worse and all I can do is toss and turn and pillow up trying to get comfy until he gets here

oh ok cool just make sure they test for preeclamsia each time
