can you use the nuvaring while breastfeeding?

i just asked my dr the same question and she said no. while breastfeeding you only want birth control with estrogen, such as depo iud or mini pill

Unfortunately no...I asked my doctor too. I hate pills but I'll be stuck with them for awhile I guess.

@hladybug, @mommyofweimies I suck at sticking to a time. that's my biggest issue with it. ugh.

@lexij, That's my problem too. I'm going to forget and end up preggers again knowing my luck. Lol

as soon as I'm done breastfeeding I'll be switching to something else that's for sure. lol @hladybug
