15 weeks is 4 months.At the 14th week you would have completed 4 months.You're on your 5th month,but you have completed 4 months,so you'd be 4 months pregnant

Just like how if you are 5 weeks,that's only 1 month,not 2 months,because 4 weeks are in a month,5 weeks is a month and a week.
