what can i do to get some rest...restless leg has set in and i cannot lay down without feeling like my legs have to keep moving! i am miserably tired

What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?
