I got my membrane strip done it didn't even hurt! just uncomfortable, I'm 3cm 80% effaced! What are some things I can do after this membrane strip that could help put me in labor?!

walk a lot, squats, sex, if you have an exercise ball do some bouncing.

coffeebean Personally never had that done but my close friend whose had it done the past three times
oneplustwo I went into labor 16 hours later and delivered 19 hours after my sweep.
