ADVICE PLEASE! so my father helped me get my immigration papers to come to this country when I needed it the most. now I been living here for over 10 years and have a family of my own and became a citizen. I noticed that him and my family in my country don't check on me unless one of them need to use their visa and stay at my house, and my father wants me to get him a permanent residence to come live in the US. But he usually only msg me when it has to do with that. he doesn't seem interested on his grandkids, he knew I'm pregnant and don't ask how o feel etc. most of the times we talk is because I msg him. he won't take the initiative to look for me. should I still go ahead and do his papers to come live here or should I just ignore it.

i would help him . but before I do that i will let him know what up. what i will not keep tolerate....close mouth don't get fed.....you have your own family know ....what he did was good.but don't used you just get what he want.
if they was more involved then yeah.. they could stay but u don't want ppl just taking advantage of you.
np.. maybe it was easy for you to become a citizen and that was the plan all along.. but help your family but they have to get settles on their own just like you had to.. :)

nah if they are only talking to you to stay with u while they sant to use their visas and nothing else.. they are using you.. I mean you can help him get his card but tell him he can't stay with you. if that makes you feel better

I would feel quilty if I didn't help and they helped me before. He might become more involved when he is in the US.
