3 weeks since we tried and still negative test :( Can it still be too soon?

Like it's been 3 weeks since the last time we ya know. And I had it removed the 15th. No period since , but my test are all negative :( I have symptoms like with my first pregnancy. I'm just confused . Everyone's telling me it's not to early to test and that I'm just not pregnant. 😢 @allyk.xmommy
