also if you work I recommend pumping before you work and after you leave as well as break if you get one
power pumping is supposed to mimic cluster feeding, there's also different recipes for lactation cookies and teas, or just drink a lot more water even while you're pumping if I down a whole bottle the first 5 minutes of pumping within 10 I'm shooting milk out in a constant stream
