It all depends on the baby. they normally say 12 months but I have been told that my son will be on it until at least 18 months and that even depends on if he gains weight which isn't happening.

I wouldn't do anything longer than a year it's really bad for their teeth. same thing with pacifiers.

I introduced a sippy cup once she started drinking juice it was an easy transition for her though

so about 7 months she was off a bottle completely she was satisfied with a sippy cup as long as it was a nipple

as soon as my son turned 1 all bottles went to the trash, he did very well with sippy cups. & he never used a pacifier.

I'm going to take my daughter off her bottle at 1 it may take a little but she will be off before 2
