I think I've been having a few contractions here and there but in not entirely sure. People tell me they feel kinda like menstrual cramps but I've never had menstrual cramps before. I have no idea what contractions feel like.

Hun you will know when it's contractions. I was the same way. I never had period cramps before. But these hurt like hell.

I feel them now too your not alone maybe once a day feels like mild menstrual cramping barely last a minute

SO ALL DAY I HAVE BEEN HAVING MENSTRUAL LIKE CRAMPS AND BRAXTON HICKS. WELL AS THE DAY HAS GONE BY THE MENSTRUAL LIKE CRAMPS HAVE GOTTEN MORE AND MORE INTENSE. I'VE BEEN LOSING MUCUS PLUG ALL DAY. AND NO THERE ISN'T BLOOD IN IT. I AM 2CM DILATED.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@octoberbaby_11, mine are like a rolling feeling from my lower belly up to my belly button. Cramps come with them, but it is the tightening that is always with it that let me know that I'm having them. Mine last anywhere from about 30seconds to a little over a minute.
