To any women on here that suffer spd in there pubic bone I'm totally pain free today because yesterday I placed a migraine patch across my pubic bone and even slept with it on. ( u do need to be cleanish shaven btw) pains gone today and I've been able to do my shopping and housework and other bits. Thought I'd mention it to anyone who is suffering too
