working 6 1\2 hours a day with no break is killing me in my third trimester.... I don't know what to do

Look up your state laws on that cause here in Indiana if you work 6 hours or more you get a 15 minute break, 8 hours is a 30 min break and anything over that is an hour

legally they have to give you a break

Demand breaks they have to give them to you I had to get a note from the dr so I could have water in me at all times.
