are doctor office urine pregnancy tests stronger then home ones?

@arivera64, with my last pregnancy I had 7 negative home tests and 1 positive er urine test. I go to the doctor today and I think I'm pregnant again but I've had 5 negative tests and I'm getting a urine test done in the office.

often they are cheaper because they're purchased in bulk
