Could be ppd or anxiety, I had both. Talk to your doctor, no shame in asking for a little help and guidance

@housfullofgrls, thanks for the encouragement 😊. My insurance is lapsed until next cycle in several weeks. Trying to use holistic methods in the meantime. Exercise, meditation, sunlight etc.
