sorry this may be a dumb question but I need to ask
mommies with big boobies how do you do it when you are breastfeeding the baby to not cover there little nose

Yeah I just hold my boob away from her nose if it's too close. Also laying down side by side is a good position because you can position it so your boob is no where near baby's nose

Oh and like @sktraum football hold is the only position my son nurses in so not sure if it works while cradle hold

My midwife says baby noses spread out and are built to breath when squished to Breast. But I just use my finger and push down the boob right next to his nose so he has a breathing pocket hahah

Try the football hold. Only way that worked for me.
