Hopefully that's not anytime soon. @newmother2016 make sure your using a humidifier in the nursery, that will help too. You can buy liquid Vicks for the humidifier that works good too.

Rub baby vicks on her chest. Or if u have a scent warmer put a tsp of vicks and a tsp of water. I did that last night and my room is full of the scent of vicks. My daughter finally went to sleep around 11 and slept till 4:30. I jumped out of bed to see if she was ok because I didn't hear it and she was still snoozing away. My daughter is congested as well but I haven't been able to suck any mucus out. I think it's all in her throat and chest. Plus the suction bulb thing won't fit up her nose
