@machelle137 I've spoke to him multiple times. and I've explained the noise laws to him. I live in a condo and there's a fence separating the property from a store and he does leaf blowing over there in the parking lot and behind the building and is creeping around cars and the employees there confirmed that he's not an employee and they've spoken to him themselves and asked him to leave multiple times and have had to call the cops on him before too.

and either way there is noise laws here in place. a lot of children live here needing to go to school in the morning. and he's trespassing to boot

oh ok, just wondering if anyone had talked to him because you didn't mention it. yeah, that is weird. I would just turn on my hose and spray him until he left. :)

I've talked to him before..... he's fine.... so have the cops. so don't jump to conclusions. he's also simultaneously car prowling he's up to no good.

in all reality he could just be slow (handicap) and he thinks he's working or doing someone a favor. maybe his home life is bad and he likes to get out of the house and feel needed. who knows.

I live in a condo. there is a store across the street and they have confirmed multiple times that he is not an employee and they've called the cops on him. I have as well. he shows up at weird random hours normally later on at night. tonight was the first night he showed up at 10pm most of the time it's passed 12am. this is the second time this week So far he's shown up 😑 and the week just started. so over it. @mamatokyren

this guy shows up all times of the night leaf blowing. he's done it at 3am before. God help him if he ever wakes up my baby when she's born. @mamatokyren
