Has anyone had the Traditional Medicines nighty night tea while breastfeeding? I bought some the other day and neglected to read the back until now, it says to ask a health care physician before use while breastfeeding. it also says to not use during pregnancy which has me concerned. I'd really like some tea tonight. anyone have any information? thanks....
right, I'm just concerned that maybe there's something that could cause an issue with development during breastfeeding. I've been trying to find information on Google and the only ingredient that I'm seeing an issue with is the passion flower that this tea contains but it doesn't tell me why. it may be no significant reason at all and the warning just may be the standard that they are obligated to put on their teas packaging to satisfy a law. I'm just curious if anyone has asked their doctor and gotten an ok or has someone been drinking it while breastfeeding and everything is fine. I can't sleep and tea helps me. I've never tried this brand however. @loveless thanks for your reply 😊
breastfeeding wise it's best to look up the ingredients, there could be an herb in the tea that either affects your supply or is a toxin for babies.
what do the ingredients read? traditional medicinals is a trustworthy tea brand if it's says not to consume while pregnant that means there's a certain herb or two in the blend that is known to cause miscarriages or complications in pregnancy

Does anyone smoke hookah during their pregnancy or while breastfeeding?? Austin got us a little hookah for me to smoke and I was looking into the non tobacco shisha to smoke and just would like some insight. no judgements please.
yes that warning is there mostly for legalities. passionflower I don't believe is toxic for the baby but it does affect your supply, not in a bad way just depends on what youre going for with nursing- factors such as if your baby is going through a growth spurt or you have a gassy baby maybe this herb will help. overall for the baby though it is considered safe @maybaby2016
