Best way to describe real contractions? I think I may just be having Braxton hicks but I'm not sure. Any help? FTM
they feel exactly like period cramps around your bladder time them and if they are consistent like every 10 min they are real idk how far you are cause i forgot to look but if you are far enough go for a long walk it'll help speed up the process and the cramps should get a lot worse and if you squat during every contraction it will help you dilate so you can labor at home most of the day if your group b was negative and you had no problems during your pregnancy
