Newborn dark to blue eyes

Curious if its possible for newborn eyes to lighten from a dark color and even turn blue?

White and gold dress and eye color

I'm wondering if eye color has anything to do with how the dress is perceived-light eyes generally can't filter light and color in the same way that dark eyes can. I saw the dress as white and gold and I have blue eyes. My husband and son said black and blue and they have dark brown eyes...

My daughters eyes are getting lighter . Her dad & I are mixed black & white & both have brown eyes but our moms have blue eyes . What do you ladies think ? Brown or blue ?
