Wanna know what makes being almost 9 months pregnant with twins easier? Pulling a muscle in your belly in the middle of the night and being stuck on the floor for 20min. 👍 Absolutely exhausted today and every move I make is tender 😳
@pbandjones, 😂😂😂 oh no girl. I go to the store & everything like normal. Sometimes if I over do it it'll just feel like my leg is tight, not really pain though. The worse part is probably sneezing, coughing & laughing at first. Just hold a pillow over the incision it'll help. 😊
Im glad to hear some calm experience from someone lol i swear sometimes i feel like i cant ask anybody without an over exaggeration. I stopped asking for experience/advice because everyone made it seem so impossible! @dang_dridri
@pbandjones, breastfeeding is going great so far, you'll definitely know when your actual milk comes in, your boobs will feel & look A LOT different. Lol & I haven't really tried to walk as a mini workout but I don't have a problem walking around or anything.
I was told by someone that its really no worse than the first day of pain you get after a good abdominal workout. Have you been able to do any activity like walking? I really hope i can start walking a lot soon after so i can get myself back into shape. Also, hows breastfeeding been going? @dang_dridri
@pbandjones, oh yeah I take pain well also. Within my 3 weeks PP I've only had 2 nights that were really bad. Other than that I've been fine, you'll be able to take care of the babies & everything. You'll feel it but it won't be too bad, it's not like death or anything, it's tolerable in my opinion.
well thats a relief! I feel like i can take a lot of pain but not being able to move my body is what makes me feel so overwhelmed! Honestly my cervical checks have been the worst so far @dang_dridri
@pbandjones, oh yeah & I didn't feel bad after my c section. I had gas but I was up & walking within 12 hours. They make you walk. It's not as bad I thought or how everyone made it seem.
I am so looking forward to it! lol part of me is sad because im so used to my big belly now... but im so ready to feel normal again! Everyone keeps saying how awful ill feel after my c section... which granted it wont feel great but i dont think they understand how heavy it feels carrying twins. Might as well be carrying weight plates everywhere! @dang_dridri
@pbandjones, yep. That's what I did. Couldn't and really didn't want to move. Lol but once you deliver that first baby girl you'll feel the weight come off, it's like heaven. I forgot how it felt to breathe. Lol
We've got 16 days left 🙌 soldiering on 😳 Think im best just staying in one spot till then! @dang_dridri
awesome! Lol thanks girl! @dang_dridri
