it's not milk, it's colostrum. your milk won't come in until baby is born, but I know how you feel mine have been leaking since 24 weeks

colostrum is the stuff you produce before baby starts feeding, it's what baby gets first. Super nutrious for baby, once you nurse you'll start producing milk.
