When, and if, your blood pressure goes up, what does that make you feel like?? How do you know it's high?

I had high blood pressure about two weeks ago and was sent to l&d to be monitored. it went back down, everything was fine of course and I was sent home.

I'm pretty sure I had a spell a few days ago. Im not 100% sure of the different signs to be aware. I know it's different for everyone but, I've never experienced this, my blood pressure has been perfect my whole pregnancy so far. I have another appointment tomorrow and will obviously talk to my ob but, until then....😊 I ask you ladies.
