Hi mommys so I have a 1 month old and I wonder if I could start doing back lying position already while nursing but since she's small is it safe or later when she's older?

@safecamp, what position do you usually do? Today I tried football position and it's pretty comfortable and better 😁

At night when I wake up to feed him since we co-sleep I do side-lying but during the day I most cradle hold him. I tried the football hold at the hospital but ever since that I haven't really tried it lol.
I'm always looking for more hold positions though!

I literally tried all those at the hospital when I had him and now it's just whatever position we are in. 😂
