All I will say is....pray for them and move on. If they love you, they will come around. If not, then there's nothing you can do besides take care of your responsibility and be the best mother you can be. Everyone has a lesson to learn in life including those who think they know it all. You just do your job and be a loving mother. Focus on that the most! A child is a blessing! Life is a blessing suga!

It's just hard

very hard yes indeed but..your a woman growing a baby inside you focus on that who cares what your family thinks . when i was 16 i had 2 jobs.graduated hs early w a dipolma.got a great job at age 19 as a Pet groomer today I've been. dog grooming 18 yrs...my oldest son is 20 a good young man.was in gifted classes.graduated hs and in college

and works..he was my motivation to push hard and not party like people my age at that time.i gave it my all..waited 7 yrs to have another son with a much better real man! Things get better i promise you

Like this is my motivation everyday and all day this baby is my baby and I love him or her unconditionally

Give them time to get over the initial shock. It's going to take some time, but they'll come around. I'm sorry they reacted that way, especially at a time you need your parents the most! I'm 29, just got married earlier in the year and just found out I'm pregnant. I'm scared to tell my parents because they'll react the same way your parents did, even at my age. Some people are too stuck in their ways but this is a time for you to celebrate and enjoy, so forget about their negativity. You're going to be a great mom!
