I'm having contractions since early this morning, it started with 30 minutes a part and now they are 4 minutes a part but I don't wanna go to the hospital and then they tell me that I'm not dilated and send me back home !
Ughh don't know what to do!

since it's your first it might be best to go in.. once you've been through it already you kind of know what to expect a bit more
Thank you girls @heatherlg88 @angelmama12 I'll wait 1 more hour till my husband gets home and see. The contractions are not so strong anymore, they are like 15 minutes a part now.. so I don't know!
I was having them 4 minutes apart & I went in & was dilated at a 1 and 90% effaced. I would go in girl!!! could be time🙌
I haven't tried walking. but I can talk (with a face of pain) my mom just called me from Brazil and it was really hard to talk to her. I told her I wanted to hang up and just concentrate and breathe. the pain doesn't go away completely, even on my intervals from one contraction to another one I still feel some little cramps.. honestly I don't know how to describe. @sam.g
Can you walk and talk through them? If you have to stop and make your body go limp, then go in.
